‘CONVERSATIONS’ as a program seeks to establish and foster relationships and interaction among women generally; but particularly between those who are pioneers in their fields or in leadership, and emerging young women leaders who are desirous of making an impact in the future.

At the end of every quarter of the year, leading women in a particular field or women who are experts on issues affecting women will be featured in CONVERSATIONS. It will be forum to share experiences and best-practice; to teach and to learn. Conversations would take the form of soirees with interviews and discussions focused on jobs and roles, backgrounds, challenges, lessons etc. There will also be workshops and seminars addressing gender issues and development and other related areas of interest to women and their well-being.   Companies (preferably woman-owned or women-targeted) will be given opportunities to market their products and services.
